Records

The Oviedo Police Department Records office handles all the reports generated by the officers and acts as a warehouse and distribution center for processing police records. The primary responsibility of the Records Specialist is to ensure all police reports comply with Florida State Statutes.

Request for Public Records

Access the public records request form (PDF). This is optional and not required however, it will assist in providing accurate fulfillment of requests made.

When completing the Public Records request form, if you do not have the case number, please include the name(s) of the person(s) involved, date and time of incident, or the address to which we responded. Please notate a name and contact number for records pick-up.
