Updated Water Master Plan
The City engaged the services of CPH, Inc. under a continuing consultant agreement to provide an updated Watewater Master plan, budgeted for in the City's Capital Improvement Plan. The plan was completed in 2011 and was adopted by City council on April 2, 2012.
Recent & Ongoing Upgrades
Many upgrades were already accomplished over the last 5 years, to integrate the two systems. This includes completion of the headworks project, installation of the City's surge tank with odor dome, new odor control system, reclaimed water filtration improvements, and lift station rehabilitation.
The next improvement was designed by Reiss Engineering, a continuing consultant for the City, under a work order in the amount of $102, 590 in November 2015. The 100% plans were completed and was bid October 2016. The project was awarded, and construction began July 2016. This project is scheduled for completion December 2017
