Biggert Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012

View information regarding changes to flood insurance policies following the Biggert Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act. The City of Oviedo strongly recommends the purchase of flood insurance as a regular homeowners policy does not cover structure or contents damaged by a flooding event.
