REPEAT VIOLATION of the City of Oviedo Land
Development Code Section 14.2. Sign Permits. (A) Permit Required It shall be
unlawful for any person to erect, construct, alter or relocate within the City,
any sign without having first obtained a permit therefore, except as provided
for in this sign code. Section 14.5. Portable Signs. (A) Portable signs shall be
permitted temporarily for the following: (1) A
new occupancy, a new use, or any person, whose allowable freestanding sign has
been permitted but has not yet been erected may utilize a conforming portable
temporary sign for a period of not more than thirty (30) days or until
installation of the allowable freestanding sign, whichever shall occur first.
(See also Section 14.6, Other Temporary Signs) (2) A new occupancy, including those with permanent
signage, may utilize a portable temporary sign one (1) time for a maximum of
thirty (30) consecutive days in conjunction with a grand opening. (C) Compliance with City Codes Portable
temporary signs shall conform to all City codes and criteria; including but not
limited to those cited or set forth below. (7) On a premises where more than one (1)
occupancy is located, no more than four (4) permits may be issued in a given
calendar year and no portable sign shall be located on premises for more than
thirty (30) days in one (1) calendar year.

REPEAT VIOLATION of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Oviedo Sec. 22-173. Overgrown lots. (previously codified as Sec. 22-173 Public nuisance declared.) Allowing
vines, underbrush, weeds and/or wild growth in excess of 18 inches in height
from the ground or grass in excess of 12 inches in height from the ground to
develop on any improved or previously maintained lot, tract or parcel of land
in the city shall be unlawful and is hereby prohibited.
