VIOLATION of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Oviedo Sec. 22-19. Open storage prohibited; exception. The keeping, dumping, storing, placing or maintaining of any garbage, rubbish, trash, refuse, can, bottle, box, container, paper, tire, appliance, mechanical equipment or part, building or construction material, tool, machinery, wood, motor vehicle part, aircraft part, farm machinery or equipment or junk upon any uncovered premises or uncovered portion of premises, is prohibited unless they are deemed necessary items associated with and approved permit for the site or lawfully authorized in connection with the operation of an approved business enterprise or storage facility. Sec. 22-173. Overgrown lots. Allowing vines, underbrush, weeds and/or wild growth in excess of 18 inches in height from the ground or grass in excess of 12 inches in height from the ground to develop on any improved or previously maintained lot, tract or parcel of land in the city shall be unlawful and is hereby prohibited.; and ARTICLE IV. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE; Sec. 14-70. Adopted by reference.; 301.3 Vacant structures and land. All vacant structures and premises thereof or vacant land shall be maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition as provided herein so as not to cause a blighting problem or adversely affect the public health or safety.
