Deep Aqua Fit is a non-impact, deep water aerobics class that works a variety of muscle groups as well as the cardiovascular system.  The class is held in the deep end of the pool and utilizes buoyancy belts and hand buoys.  All equipment is available to use free of charge.

                       Mon - Fri    8:30-9:30 am
              November - March
                       Mon - Thurs    1-2pm
                       Fri                   2-3pm
