In June of 2007, the City of Oviedo, Seminole County and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) completed a Project Development and Environmental  (PD&E) Study for State Road 426 and County Road 419 from Pine Avenue to Lockwood Boulevard.  This is a widening project to increase traffic flow along the roadway.
