19.              Ordinance No. 1373, Zoning Map Amendment changing the zoning district of approximately 0.38 acres from A (Agriculture) to C-2 (Commercial).

20.              Ordinance No. 1375, amending the City's 2010 Future Land Use Map to change the future land use designation of approximately 0.97 acres from Office (OFF) to Downtown Mixed Use (DMU).

21.              Ordinance No. 1376, amending the City's official Zoning Map to change the zoning district of approximately 0.97 acres from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to MUD-HDP (Mixed Use District-Historic Downtown Perimeter).
