5.                  Resolution No. 1458-06, authorizing the Disposal of Surplus Property via trade-in and purchase of four 2007 FLHP-2 Harley Davidson Police Motorcycles.

6.                  Resolution No. 1461-06, Piggyback Agreement with the City of Altamonte Springs for Painting Services with Greg Brown Painting Company.

7.                  Resolution No. 1462-06, Piggyback Agreement with Seminole County for interior dry wall repair and installation, framing, and acoustical ceiling for public facilities within the City on an "as-needed" basis.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

8.                  Ordinance No. 1359, Zoning Map Amendment changing the zoning district of approximately 0.92 acres from R-1 (Single Family Residential to O-C (Office Commercial).

9.                  Ordinance No. 1387, Zoning Map Amendment changing the zoning district of approximately 1.52 acres from R-1 (Single Family Residential) and R-2 (Two Family Residential) to O-C (Office Commercial).

10.              Ordinance No. 1389, amending Article IX (Concurrency Management) and Article XIX (Definitions) of The City of Oviedo Land Development Code, providing for a methodology for assessing proportionate fair-share mitigation for Transportation Concurrency Management.

11.              Ordinance No. 1393, Codification of the Code of Ordinances and the Land Development Code.

12.              Ordinance No. 1357, Zoning Map Amendment from MUD-DS (Mixed Use District-Division Street) to MUD-NDD (Mixed Use District-New Downtown District).

RESOLUTIONS

14.              Resolution No. 1460-06, Seminole County Public Schools Voluntary Capacity Mitigation Program.
