Masters swimming & Triathlon swim training at the Oviedo Aquatic Facility. 
All ages welcome!
If you or your friends are in the area, send them over M, W, F 6:00-7:00 am. We may go on Saturday if there is interest.  Group rides and runs will also be discussed.
Get in shape, lose weight and learn great techniques!!  Train for triathlons now!
