Resurfacing

Resurfacing of City-maintained roads will continue to be a major focus of the City’s Capital Improvements Program.   The resurfacing program is funded through the City’s share of the 6 Cent Gas Tax levied in Seminole County, of which the City currently receives approximately $800,000 per year.  The current average condition rating of the recommended list of roads is currently 65 (with 100 being excellent condition) although half the roads on the 5 year list are below that condition rating.  The resurfacing schedule and the listings of streets that are scheduled for future years, can be obtained on the following links:
