Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this division is to process the water and sewer bills, maintain the customer service information database where billing information is housed, and to provide customer service for water, sewer and garbage related services for City residents and businesses. From this page you can find information about water and sewer service, curbside (garbage) information, and other pertinent information relating to these City services.

Garbage

Garbage services are provided by Waste Pro. Regular garbage, recycling and yard waste pickup are provided. Garbage day pick-up schedules are available by calling 407-971-5535. Special garbage pick-up requests can be made directly to Waste Pro at 407-774-0800. If you have a complaint regarding garbage pick-up, please call Waste Pro directly at 407-774-0800.

Recycle Bins

Recycle bins are provided upon opening your utility account and Waste Pro will deliver the bins directly to your home.
