Paying Your Utility Bill


Sign on using your account number and PIN number located on your utility bill. Once you have logged in you can pay using MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. You may make a one-time payment or enroll in the autopay program to have your utility bill automatically deducted from your debit/credit card on your billing due date. You may also view account information such as billing history and consumption summaries.

Now you can review and pay your City utility bill online, anytime, get your utility information and pay your bill over the telephone or request your bill be sent electronically to your email inbox. No more bills lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong address.

Please note that in order to use our online services, you must have:

  • Email, your pin will be sent to this account
  • Internet Browser (Explorer, Netscape, etc.) must be capable of 128-bit encryption

If you have difficulty accessing our Online Services, please verify this with your software manufacturer or internet service provider and upgrade your browser if necessary.

By Telephone

Call anytime using our Automated Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) 407-971-5535 to make a payment using MasterCard, Visa, or Discover debit/credit card. You will need your account number listed on your utility bill and your debit/credit card mailing zip code to use this system. Please note, pre-loaded or state-issued cards are prohibited from use on the system. You may also retrieve billing and account information using this system.


Automatic Bank Draft payment is now available for your utility account. Your pre-authorized payment will be debited directly from your checking or savings account for the exact amount of your monthly utility bill. This transaction will occur on your billing due date.
