The City of Oviedo invites the community and their dogs to celebrate Howl-O-Ween on Monday, October 26, 2020, at the Bark Park from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This is a FREE event. Bark Park is located at 499 Waggin' Trail in Oviedo.
