Biography
Jeff Boddiford was elected to Oviedo City Council in 2020. He and his wife Cheryl have lived in Oviedo since 1996 and have two wonderful daughters who grew up in the community—Ashley and Brooke. Jeff graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in Business Administration.
Jeff has been active in community involvement, serving on the Oviedo Police Foundation and Boys Town Board, being a member of the Oviedo Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce, and volunteering at Hope Helps.
Jeff served on the Local Planning Agency in Oviedo before his current role as a Council Member. His involvement in local planning helped shape the city’s development and growth strategies.
Jeff plays a pivotal role in the local government, actively contributing to the city’s legislative and governing body. His responsibilities include establishing policies, managing growth and land use, adopting budgets, and setting rates for city service, all of which significantly impact the community.
