   This form should be viewed as a REQUEST ONLY. To formally book a facility please call our office and a City of Oviedo staff member can assist you in the process of renting. In order to guarantee a facility, a rental agreement will need to be filled out to secure the date and a signed approval from management.  Deposits and full payment will be required upon approval of the rental. Please Note: All facility requests should be made at least 7 days prior to your rental date inquiry and are subject to availability.
