  • Oviedo residency only includes those streets that are within the city limits of Oviedo. Homeowners at these addresses pay taxes to the City of Oviedo, which help fund the Recreation and Parks Department. There are many Oviedo addresses that are labeled as Oviedo by the postal service, but are technically unincorporated Seminole County. Homeowners at these addresses do not pay taxes to the City of Oviedo, therefore, an additional non resident fee is assessed to cover the cost of programs, facilities, etc.
